(Not only) notification mails

Mailing does not work at the moment on this server because it was not needed until forum gets busier recently. I'll install it in near future.

If you have activated "Notification with EMail" (Board index > User Control Panel > Board preferences > Edit notification options) you can get E-Mails now.
