Ban Appeal

Hi, I was banned while downloading files. I'm a player and I think it was a connection timeout or a file mismatch. Can you please check? My player name is MiguelAlex {CoF} Annabella make a permanent ban for cheating and I didn't do it.

Ban removed, trying to talk to Annabella what has happened there.
