Use dodgebot okay for players?

Hello all, just joining to ask general question abouht use dodge bot. I no want to get this player in trubble. Buuuut this player have history of uzing hack n mayb sometime cheatz???
In vidyeo you see player dodge SIX time & almost 0 delay.
Newways use dodgebot I think give unfair advantig to plaer which have on. Wat you think? maybe not problem??
