Hungary Player exaggerates and disrupts the game

Why is this player still accepted on the server? He changes his name every day and attacks me verbally and fictionally in the game. He spreads lies about some players with the hope that someone will believe him. Current name was I AM THE CHAMPION.
Last name "BlackfridayGUY" and so on.

I only can repeat myself: Ignore such nonsense talking people, like in real life. If noone listen, they may stop.
Blocks from joining server can easily be passed over and will end in fighting against wind mills.

In any cases you can mute any player on the server.

1. check keybinding for console (Preferences/Controls/Console/Console Key)
2. join the server
3. launch "System console"
4. type: mutate mute
5. UserMute mutator will be launched:
select player and set “Mute Full”

P.S. a mutated player must be present !

Sorry to bump this, but a simple ignoring or muting a player is not gonna stop another from being a physical nuisance; if you kick them, they'll just keep coming back and repeating the offense.

What should I do? OFC we can block either an IP address or the Nexgen client ID, but both can be changed. This will end up in dozens of outdated blocking entries and in a game of cat-and-mouse.
