Re: unreachable inventory items (was: MH-UM-EscherStairs)
The server is running Buggies mutator Gift Fom Decoration. Every time a decoration (in this case a chest) is destroyed, an inventory item may be spawned - even at an unfavorable location where it cannot be grabbed by a player. This may happen in every map.
