In any cases you can mute any player on the server.

1. check keybinding for console (Preferences/Controls/Console/Console Key)
2. join the server
3. launch "System console"
4. type: mutate mute
5. UserMute mutator will be launched:
select player and set “ Mute Full ”

P.S. a mutated player must ...
