New Chat broken (UT default one used)

After recent update (possibly related to "white flags" issue) no more top bar displaying Status (Idle/Player), and -- more importantly -- messages don't appear in MHA controller.

Not for me chat log is normal.

Please advise. Clear cache doesn't work.
