BPak bio is still enabled on the server. And it still lag the server a lot specially when several players are using it

I'd leave as is. If a player is abusing this weapon, it's highly likely they do it on purpose. Which may be ground for measures against such player
Maybe disabling client replication for the projectiles will help?

Barbie why you dont disable it?
Now some players are shooting it (right click) when there are no monsters just for lagging the server
