Hi.
Lately more and more players appear with White flags (including existing ones which didn't have this issue before).

Possibly need to update the IP-to-country database

The database file is hosted on several foreign servers (see Notes to IpToCountry services on UT99.org), and there seems no possibility to get info like version about a specific database file, so it is not possible to decide if it is out of date.
BarbiesWorld uses a list of four IPToCountry source servers, but I'm not sure if only one is used and others are fall-back or usage round-robin-wise.

Anyway, I've disabled IPToCountry now on all servers to keep privacy.
