Recent MoDefecations of maps

Hi.

Why on some maps there are no more alternate/fast weapons (like R3)?

First I thought that just the !?-Biorifle was removed from Soccer Stadium, but it seems that all maps with "b-pack" weapons are affected (such as BoomBoomBridge and even MH-WhtTheFuck).

Also, in Ruins-Stairs (which doesn't even have these guns) there's no more Amp at start, and five-figure HP monsters instead. No dynamic, no drive. Death at every corner.

All these changes make the affected maps' completion unreasonably long -- especially with overpowered monsters which these guns did provide reasonable compensation for.

If it's a measure to reduce server load, it will surely work because of fewer players – just a thought.

This manual map switch has lead to skipping some mutators, especially the MapPatcher which modifies maps on loading for reasonable game play, adding secrets etc. After the UT server restart everything works as usual now.

MH-Ruins_Stairs.unr: no Amp on spawn
MH-WhtTheFuck.unr: 'deemers respawn very slow (if ever)

Some weeks I tested if game play is better when the Amplifier from the top ("Vampirekiller") is available on ground - but that Amplifier has a x20 amplification of damage and so killing enemies was a piece of cake. Now the Amplifier is on top again. 8-)

In original map the WarheadLauncher has a respawn time of 2 seconds what turned the map into a demeer party. I thought a usual respawn time of ~5 minutes would be better.

Also the mapper of GardenOfDeath and SoccerStadium wanted stock weapons. :lol:
