Server crash

The server crash again and again when we try to vote
We cant vote.
Also in UT browser map names display is strange: map name + (file name.unr)

I introduced that because some maps are "Untitled" and often the title doesn't give a hint what map it is. Similar to the info at bottom line in UT:

Server just crashed after voting for the map (2 players, 2 votes).
Then when I was the only person online and voted for the map it crashed again
We voted for MH-WhtTheFuck.unr

And again it crashed. Three times in a row now, also by vote for MH-WhtTheFuck.

Now no one voted, and it still crashed.
Probably specific maps crash it.

Thanks for reporting. Reason for crash was an endless loop caused by case sensitive compare - for example "Botpack.Minigun2" didn't match "Botpack.minigun2". Now the compare is case insensitive.
