Huge mess of weapons everywhere

Hello, I just play few maps after a looong time off and I noticed a change in server.
There is a huge mess of weapons laying around everywhere and they are unable to pick up.
It's really odd and quite embarrassing when player drop all weapons after dead and they stays permanently in place.
There is any chance to make them disappear after some time?
Additional request: How about remove ammunition from maps or at least lower a regain that cause more frequently changing weapons?
