Kick or ban a player with Nexgen

How Game Moderators can kick or ban a player with Nexgen
- open the Nexgen window, for example with !o
- select the player in list at the left side
- then choose
- Kick, and the player will leave the game
- Kick for match, and the player will leave the game and cannot rejoin within this match
- choose Ban and the player will leave and cannot rejoin, when you choose
- Forever
- for 'x' matches
- for 'x' days

Can every Player Kick someone on this Server ?
A Player kicked me without reason ?
Is that possible ?

Players without admin rights can use the kick vote in the Map Vote window - but more than 50% of current players have to vote for this also, to have the player kicked.
Game Moderators can kick players without voting.
(Maybe you overused your taunt voices?)
