Movers still can damage or kill players, depending of mapper's setup.
Explosive projectiles (Rockets, Plasma Balls, Redeemer, ...) cause a spheric damage wave when they explode. The damage wave is blocked by walls and (now also in net play) by doors. Also NPCs can not see through movers any more.
It has been a bug in UT for 25 years in online play that movers have not been blocking fasttrace() function or shock waves. Now online net play is like you play it local.

No more exploit. I like it but some maps (very rare) use it as a feature like OVH said. It's possible to change it to variable according map?

Its not an exploit its UT for 25 years. I killed many players with that in CTF and they killed me too. And in real live if I shoot a rocket at the door of your house and if your are inside the house I am sure you will feel the blast!
And the monsters can shoot through doors. This morning in Egyptica the titans killed Rammy through the door with stones. Unfair.

In real life it's depends on strength of my doors.
Lest try this first. If it's don't work we can turn it off as Buggie said in readme.
One bug solved and another just spite? How about stones of Titan????
They fix so much code of UT99 in this update that should call more like 470 or 500 than 469e
