I can mute Kajac ,but i can't stop him end all maps early

I muted Jinx today coz a lot sh!ttalking,lies and blame on server,then he come behind me and blow me with deemer.. then we kickvoted him.And now he spam with his bs barbie discord..

I wanna report the ''server abnormality'' Kajac End maps early 99% of time and that annoy players. See nobody do anything to him and keep doing it everytime pretending he didnt do smth bad Offend players,use bad words and play selfish.
